If you are a photographer, your name, phone number, and email address will be dissiminated to lawyers/attorneys as part of their purchase of your photographs for the purpose of contacting you for legal proceedings. Part of the success of your photographs hinges on the ability of these lawyers/attorneys and insurance companies being able to verify that you took the photographs that they are purchasing.
Checkout
Upon purchasing products and services from PhotoDocket.com (i.e. photographs, listings, advertisements) we will collect your credit card information and credit card billing address. This information is stored in our database. Your credit card information is stored with a unique encryption key for your protection. This information is stored for the purpose of being able to track fraudulent credit card usage should you become a victim of identity theft and for recurring payments for listings and advertisements. PhotoDocket.com utilizes PayPal services for credit card processing. This information will be sent over a secure connection to PayPal servers for payment verification. Other than PayPal servers, PhotoDocket.com will never sell, share, or dissiminate this information to any other third party.
